I got a CLOAK. … Are you serious?! WHY are there still cloaks in rewards, if we have the new Legendary cloak.

That’s probably since it was earned before 8.3, and thus would still be on the old reward loot table. A bit of poor RNG on the part of the cache, but based on blue posts it should work like normal for further chests.

Season 4 has not begun yet, so Mythic cache changes (sans residuum) have not taken effect.
