Pretty much any of them, honestly. Depending on what type of storyline you’re going for.
Nightborne are excellent marksman, using magic to hit their marks.
Undead are excellent hunters, as well.
Orcs hunted all the time.
Someone had to feed Goblins, and I’m sure they came up with amazing tech for their guns.
Trolls are well known for their hunters.
Vulpera lived off the land and hunted.
Belfs are absolutely marksman. Farstriders.

I’d say the ones who fit the most are trolls (both DS and Zand) and belves. Followed by orcs and forsaken.

Orc would be more Beast Huntery
Darkspear I always pictured being really into Survival. Same for Goblins. Although Goblins could also work as Marksmen like you can pretend you’re making your own guns. ( or actually make them with professions )
Blood Elves are very well known for being rangers so Marksmen
Zandalari? Beast Mastery for ALLL THE T REXES. DEVILSAUR ALL DAY EVERY DAY
Vulpera seem more Survival for me since they’re known for surviving a rather harsh climate.

Forsaken: I would honestly go full Nathanos and do Marksmen since lorewise he was in the same ranks as the rangers in Silvermoon. But I can still see them being a tad giddy watching something squirm in a trap they set so survival maaaaaaaaybe

Belf and Vulp.
I also wanted to make a survival hunter. I’m conflicted between Zandalari and Highmountain.
I say Highmountain cause u know…the first Highmountain Tauren was a Survival Hunter, plus you can have the artifact appearance.
Aside from pandas, I like undead the best.
