I’ve played on and off (mostly off) over the years and have always used Vuhdo. I’m not really up-to-date on what’s out there or better options. I only ever do M+. Cell looks pretty great, set up seems straightforward. I get lost every time I want to do something in Vuhdo. Lemme know!

Vanilla UI with mouseovers baby.
I do small tweaks myself, like removing DPS role icons, making debuffs larger, removing the realm from peoples names, and fading out of range frames. Squeaky clean.
Edit: Oh, I exceptionally use PvP frames in arenas to track debuffs etc (Gladius maybe?). Really at a disadvantage not to.

When I did do healing WAY back when, I used Healium cause it was about the easiest one out there.
hahaha healing addon.
I have a badness level to live down to. I don’t use addons and I click my spells with mouse over macros, so figure that out.

I used to use Healbot, I had that thing setup so well that it was a dream to heal raids and such.
I got pushed into using Vuhdo at one point, it was ok but I really preferred Healbot as that was what I was used to.
Then the guild progression stuff fell apart anyway as too many had quit the game, and it didn’t matter after that.
I’ve heard Cell and Healium are good too.

I’m still not sure what a healing addon would do. I just shift+v to bring up friendly nameplates then click my spells, works perfectly fine.

You don’t even have to do mouseover macros anymore. The default UI will let you do click casting (a la Healbot or Vuhdo). Go to Options > Keybindings > Click Casting (button at top)

That sounds like a hinderence.
Mouseover, left click casts one spell, right click another, shift left click another spell etc etc
You get the idea.
When you get used to it, you no longer look at your action bars, you can focus 100% on the raid, it’s very efficient.

The default UI with @mouseover macros works great for me.
I use Healbot. I’m not sure if it’s the best or not but I’ve been using it since vanilla and have spent those 20 years customizing it and dialing it in. I’m very happy with it. I’m not realistically going to switch unless the addon gets abandoned.

i’m not fancy, i used to use a custom hot tracker in weakauras. still use Grid but thats just frames.
I use vuhdo.
I find the dispel icons on the stock UI very small and not very noticeable.

I just use Clique.
Just adds mouse over binding options when hovering over name plates.
Very user friendly, adds no clutter.

This is exactly what Vuhdo does. Assuming you use the default Blizzard settings to bind your spells? Do you also use some type of frame addon or is that default as well
