What healer has the easiest time leveling/questing?

I assume that DPS and Tanks have an easier time leveling than healers but say someone did want to level and quest as a healing spec what class would have the easiest time doing so?

Assuming you don’t mean “which healing class has a dps spec that is easy” and you actually plan to level in spec, Discipline Priest.

I imagine I’d fare just fine nowadays as Resto Shaman as well, so perhaps that too.

See how you like it after you try a few levels
Choice is what makes WoW fun

Discipline. They do decent damage, are nearly unkillable even if you run into rough situations and the attunement healing provides for less downtime between pulls.

Not sure about them all but MW is awesome out in the world.
Ive tanked, healed and DPSed with MW at times in dungeons too.
Its almost a little too versatile

Resto Druid is and has been a blast. Not too sure how their DPS stacks up to the other Healers while leveling, but a Druids Utility/toolkit is addictive.

I do plan to level specced as a healer rather than a DPS. Probably not the best idea but it’s how I’d like to do things.

This toon I leveled in Disc spec. Switched to holy at 120. My Blood Elf Priest I leveled in holy spec. Either one are a viable way to level.

After the 7.3.5 changes, I started 5 healers (one of each healing spec) and leveled them up together, half in dungeons, half solo questing. I avoided Disc Priest (I soloed that before) and went Holy on the priest.

I had no problem solo questing, on any of them. I could solo any quest that was not marked “recommended: 3 players”. I enjoyed healing dungeon groups on all of them. I enjoyed solo questing on all of them (especially because, after 7.3.5, I could choose different zones and do quests I had not done before). They had very different playstyles.

The monk leveled a bit faster (monks get a daily 1-hour 50% XP bonus) but not enough to matter. And if you’re spending 2+ hours a day leveling, that bonus makes even less difference.

Sorry I can’t help you decide. All I can say is that all 5 were fun for me in late legion, and were definitely solo-able.

I play all Healers, and never change specs to level. I find they are all easy, though slower than my DPS classes. I enjoy leveling with my main, Holy Pally, as well as my Disc Priest. My MM Monk seems very powerful, as well. I find my Resto Shammy’s DPS options are the most limiting.

The upside is that my Healers never die, while some of my DPS classes are well acquainted with the Spirit Healer!

This character has been Discipline since Burning Crusade (obviously had a race change). I find leveling in that spec to be fairly easy. Not necessarily the quickest but I don’t have to worry about dying.
