I’ve heard that in Revendreth, wicked souls are tormented, those who do not or cannot repent are eventually cast into the Maw. But has it been explained what happens to those who become redeemed?
What we deffinately know is that some join the Venthyr.
Wether or not it is also possible to migrate into another realm, I don’t actually know.

Some are offered a chance to join the Venthyr. Those that aren’t, or don’t accept, are sent back to the Arbiter, for her to pick a new afterlife for them.
