I have gained a mount through leatherworking, and was wondering if I can still use it if I switched to another trade skill. Or is the actual trade skill required to even use the mount – not just obtain it?
Unless the mount’s boe, the tradeskill is still required.
Some mounts however have removed the minimum tradeskill required to use the mount on an alt.
e.g. The basic flying carpet, helicopter, and Direwolf mounts can be used by any riding character over level 20 who has the tradeskill regardless of level.
