I don’t see demand for Wod classic, Shadowlands, classic, or BFA classic.
Will characters be rolled over to retail servers? Legion Classic? Stay in Mop forever?
They’ll keep going until enough people stop playing all these.
It’s super weird to me to see MOP Classic. No idea who would want that.

Seems weird to do mop classic. I thought mop remix was to fill everyone’s mop nostalgia. I mean it was obviously coming just seems weird to do a mop remix, then drop mop classic 6 months later.

Yeah I feel like that’s going to cut into MOP classic numbers a lot.
Many people - like myself - who missed playing MoP the first time around probably got their fix in Remix. If I hadn’t I might have actually considered playing a Classic for the first time lol
I was surprised to see MoP classic, but then again there was Cata Classic. I felt Classic ended after WotLK.

To be fair people said something similar about Cata classic, but even on OCE I’m able to find a casual guild that still gets through Fireland. As long as the amount of subs they get exceeds the cost of the servers.
I have no doubt WoD classic will do just fine. I started in Shadowlands now about 3 years ago so it’ll kinda be cool when eventually my classic character hits that in like idk 7 years or more? 
Everyone gets to experience the best xpac WoD classic all over again.
I think these classic redux are just simply filling the void because it’s old and already patched content requiring almost zero effort to implement besides a server

mop remix satisfied those whose only desire was to press w, since that’s pretty much all you had to do in that game mode to do/get everything

MoP was the best expansion of the game by far, so there’s a good chance I will actually play it. Hated Cata, but MoP’s class fantasy is off the charts. On top of that every raid with the exception of Heart of Fear was S tier. PvP was amazing from what I hear from PvPers, I know some people didn’t like how many dailies there were but I personally liked to do them, the world itself felt so much more vibrant and exciting than the zones we have been getting since, the lore and the core story was incredible as well.
Also Timeless Isle, something they have been desperately trying to emulate since. Even the 11.0.7 isle is just another try to recapture the greatness that was Timeless Isle.

I mean up until cata all the classic servers were good because there was no way to experience the old world in the same state as it was.
With MOP it’s just modern wow, flying, dailies, etc etc.
Not to mention remix just happened…
I don’t see the appeal.
Personally, I’d leave the original cycle on MoP classic permanently and have the “fresh” servers cycle through vanilla through Wrath. That way the truely classic trilogy players can relive their glory days while the MoP enjoyers get their fun too.
As for Cata? Who cares?
WoD classic is completely unneeded to me unless they do a WoD+ that includes some of the mountains of cut content.
Legion was a good expansion, but it honestly is very modern compared to MoP and earlier so idk if it’s warranted either.
If they did do Legion classic, then the one change they need to do is have the legendary vendors from the start. it would fix the one glaring issue Legion had.
I really enjoyed MoP, it wasn’t my favorite but it is top 3. I still want just a Wrath server, why they ever moved beyond that is a little baffling.
plenty of people want that, the only thing that would keep me from playing isnt the expansion or the content, its the terrible humanity that exists within it. the playerbase itself is the largest roadblock to playing this game.

MoP classic should have come before MoP Remix as now people are expecting the same excitement only to be suddenly bogged down by slow leveling and no power cloak.
thats on them, having an unreasonable expectation but I point to my previous post when it comes to other players.
