So the majority of the Thunderlord Clan was turned into Fel Orcs by force. Fenris disappeared. And the remaining clans of Draenor joined Illidan and the Fel Horde right? Did we kill them all back in TBC? Are there any remains? Will they show up in the future?

It is likely that after being turned into Fel Orcs that the Thunderlords were amongst the minor clans within the Fel Horde. Furthermore with how the Dragonmaw survived the events of Burning Crusade and returned to Azeroth, I find it likely that we had members of the Thunderlord within the Fel Horde survive as well.
Though the exact status of the Fel Horde itself is unknown, so the Fel Orc Clans would have gone their own ways. So in a Outland Revamp or a Fel Orc customization skin unlock quest chain we could see the Thunderlord feature.
I myself wouldn’t be against us arriving to a new land and allying with a Thunder Horde led by Warchief Fenris Wolfbrother.
On the topic of surviving Thunderlords, back in Battle for Azeroth we do meet a surviving Thunderlord with Erak the Aloof. Sadly he is killed during the side quest chain, but it does suggests that their are surviving Thunderlords in the Horde. They just seemingly lack the members to remain as a full blown clan like the others or just didn’t attend the party.

Dragonmaw were split between the Fel Orc ones on Outland and the ones stranded on Azeroth which have green/grey skin as seen in vanilla.
I don’t think we know what happened with the ones on Outland post-BC.
In Cataclysm Overlord Mor’ghor was revealed to have left Outland. Styled as the Warchief of the Dragonmaw, Mor’ghor and his fel orc Dragonmaw asserted a reign of terror over the Azerothian branch of the Dragonmaw.
The Horde intro to the Twilight Highlands, has aid us aid the Azeroth branch of the Dragonmaw rise up against the Fel Orcs and kill Mor’ghor. In the aftermath, Zaela becomes the Chieftain of the Dragonmaw and is personally welcomed into the Horde by Garrosh.

I would do alot to get more options for Orcs. That includes Fel Orcs, Dragonmaw Orcs and Blackrock Orcs.
