Most players would be happier if they swapped out Wintergrasp for Strands.
I see the odd/occasional “bring back strands” comment in bg chat during Wintergrasp games, along with the usual “bring back blacklist” and “delete this bg” comments.

I am one of those. I loved Strand, not so crazy about WG. Felt like D-Day when the enemy came up on that beach.

Strand was one of my favorites. Even if you were undergeared or bad, you could still make a difference.

The two best things about Strands:
- it was full of PvP (unlike Wintergrasp), so even the losses could be fun
- short games (either win or lose), which people prefer
I still fondly remember lots of random/spontaneous PvP on the beach. I had no issues with the bg at all (neutral opinion of it), didn’t even bother blacklisting it

That’s it i’m writing a letter a day to blizz until they put Strand back into the game.
Nevermind who even sends letters anymore.

What happened to Epic BGs? Basically since they put them together in that queue, I’m only able to get into one maybe once for every 50 non-Epic BGs while leveling. Last time it was passable to queue for a big BG was when there was a specific AV queue for an event.
