What happened to Durotan?

Durotan is living in a 50 year old rusting manufactured home in West Florida. His parole officer wont let him come back to Azeroth yet.

It’s also an excuse to have a more singular focus on Draka. Durotan will not show up in Shadowlands at all, although they probably originally intended to have him appear along with additional realms of the Shadowlands before the pandemic and workplace abuse scandals wreaked havoc on development.

Durotan faked his death to get out of paying alimony.

Okay seriously where is garrosh ?

After he turned the soulrender into dust he snuck out of the Shadowlands and is now hiding out in Pandaria disguised as a really big angry Grummle.

I want to go to Craftenium in my afterlife! To craft something fun that doesn’t require 10293801298404 metric tons of soulstygianimaphatasmacinderash

Maybe the new zone will have them? But that is a very good question.

What Asana said. FWIW, it appears that souls go to the Covenants to get redemption or repented or whathaveyou.

Night Elves go to be with Elune, not the Winter Queen (her sister), so there’s obviously something beyond SLs. After all, Teldrassil’s burning and Elune not saving them, was denoted as being so she could funnel Anima to her sister’s realm. So it implies that not every Kaldorei goes to Ardenweld/SLs covenants.

Tbh, I’m glad they routed it that way, it would really bite to play a Kaldorei for 15+ years, with a certain mindset on their respective afterlives, just to find out it’s a lie.

Nah, there are plenty of them floating around. They’re the same as the ones the attendants call to open the way to the zones we do visit.
