is being a Tauren with the elixir of giant growth the only way to increase size these days? anything else stacks? I tried looking for a guide but they are all super out dated.

And this question is oh, a propos of nothing at all. And definitely not ‘How can I make myself big and grief the Chowdown competition?’ lol! 
IIRC, they changed most size increases to stop them from stacking.
The biggest one is still the World Shrinker, but you can’t use it while mounted.
