In march I got a new setup, went from 20 fps to greater than 100. My monitor is limited to 75, I set the limit to 75. Is there a benefit to setting it greater? If so what is it.

If it ever dips it’s likely to not dip below 75 from 100 but if it dips from 75 then your not meeting your target?
There is 0 benefit. Pushing for FPS than your monitor can display will cause screen tearing.
