What games/MMOS are you playing while you wait for Shadowlands to come out?

My wife and I started playing Empyrion Galactic Survival recently. Hooked on playing that right now.

Also been playing Nioh 2 and ESO. ESO has changed drastically since it was first released. It’s practically a new game. Not sure that it has gotten the credit that it deserves, honestly.

What about you guys? What are you playing right now?

FF14 at the moment. Still have some switch games I picked up and never played, so I’ll get around to those probably.

ESO is very good.

I’ve fallen back into my Skyrim modding addiction. Currently have 200 mods installed for a completely fresh/immersive play experience, and I’ve been having lots of fun. It helps I’ve not played Skyrim since about 2016. I’m also dabbling in Destiny 2, just reached the Forsaken expansion. Tbh I’ve been having lots of fun there as well… really happy with how my character looks and due to starting so late there’s tons of content for me to do. I haven’t even been in a raid yet, just been following the story.

I’m playing The Sims 4, City Skylines, Skyrim, Oblivion, Diablo 2 LoD. Whatever doesn’t require me to grind endlessly to enjoy a different playstyle.

FFXIV is probably the best all-around PvE MMO at the moment, although the best off-MMO (MMOs you play when you’re bored of WoW) is probably GW2: no subscription, your gear never gets outdated and the base game alone is pretty insane value-for-money. I think it’s the best MMO to play on the side alongside WoW.

Oh my god lol. How many problems did you run into getting all of them to work? I only had like 50 when I played it and had issues all over the place.

Lately just messing with Pokemon, Dragon Quest Builders 2 and Minecraft. Kind of on and off things I tend to float projects in. I don’t play any other MMOs besides WoW.

I’m super excited for the new Animal Crossing next week though. It’s been such a long wait!

I’ve been waiting on another Beyond Skyrim project to finish before I do another playthrough.

Waiting patiently.

So patiently.

So tbh I was extremely surprised by this as well. By chance do you have Skyrim Special Edition? (It’s free on steam for those of us who have normal one). So I ended up installing Skyrim SE, and once again using Nexus Mod Manager. I basically went down the list of installing the most popular/endorsed mods, with my addiction kicking in and adding extras for flavor. I was expecting tons of CTD’s like last time, freezing and crash to desktops. But so far, nothing at all, lag in some areas but ultimately very smooth and enjoyable experience.

If like me it’s been a couple of years since you’ve played, I say give it another go with Skyrim Special Edition. I think the difference is Bethesda fixed a lot of the compatibility issues and patched a lot of things that made mods mess up the game. Cause nothing about my computer has changed since then, which is even stranger.

Make sure you download LOOT, it reorganizes your mods into a load order that’s less likely to melt your CPU.

Wow that’s awesome too, going to look for that now just to be safe! Thank you!

Skyrim SE with Frostfall, iNeed, a few sneak mods including sneaking tools, and a wealth of other mods. Currently doting on a horse I bought, feeding it every time I mount or dismount and delighting in its happy nickers while stalking Forsworn in The Reach.
Considering getting Kenshi after watching Sseth’s review. That man has a magical way with words.

Well I am doing lore master in this character and my Alliance main, so I’m still doing stuff in WoW.

But I love SWTOR, for another mmo.

And CK2 with AGOT mod for a single player game, actually love Paradox interactive games. Though I only played CK, EU, and Stellaris.

Interesting. I don’t think I have that, I haven’t even tried playing Skyrim since it came out. Bet it’s really beautiful with that many mods working though. Assuming they aren’t all ridiculous ones, like the one that turns dragons into Thomas the tank engine, or the ones that turn spiders into Spiderman.

I keep thinking Im going to resub with ESO, I am just not into this cape crapola. I worked so hard for my epic cape in MOP and I definitely don’t want to do a rehash of the same item. Then having to repeat the whole thing over again with each toon. No no thanks. This all will be obsolete as soon as SL is here.

None it’s not that I don’t want to play but I’ve been watching the witcher while making a baby afghan, once I start a project I have to finish it.
