What "Fun" Skills Would You Want in WoW?

Not necessarily professions, but things like riding skill. What kind of skills do you think would be a cool addition to the game?

For me, I think it’d be cool if there were a skill added to flying. You’d learn to fly at a flight range, and then from there you could learn more skills from doing flying-related activities and objectives (i.e. higher flying skill unlocks things like being able to mount while jumping off a cliff, faster speeds, aerial combat, etc.)

What skills would you guys want in the game (or want to see expanded)?

Languages!

They could even make it part of Archaeology or smth, but imagine being able to uncover scrolls and learn new phrases from different languages. Obviously more than that but I think having the ability to learn some stuff from ancient languages would be cool.

Maybe by learning these languages you could unlock the ability to speak with certain NPCs who only know this language and could offer challenging quests with neat rewards or something?

Dancing.

So all pvp can boil down to a dance off.

(Love the languages idea as part of archeology, could be a cool way to fill the lore, you slowly uncover codexes and such? Would be cool)

That would actually be awesome!

In all seriousness though, dancing/entertainment would be a cool skill to improve. I’ve never really been keen on WoW adding a Bard class (or any new classes as opposed to adding more to existing classes, for that matter), so infusing that into a skill that everyone could enjoy would be a cool addition.

A flying skill would be awesome and would finally open up the game to more aerial content.

It’s always been strange that in a game with flying, there’s almost nowhere to go in the sky.

I would like to be able to bank and turn when flying. Here’s a fun tip in case you didn’t know. While on a flying mount, hold down the “insert” key and “up arrow” key at the same time and you will do loops.

I remember aerial combat being advertised as a feature in TBC. It was even on the box. It ended up being scrapped, but maybe one day it will be implemented.

Mounted combat would be key.
Languages would be awesome to no end.
Also, I think that a 3rd skill/profession slot should be paramount.

I like threads like this because even imagining some of these things makes me want to play the game more.

I dont want to say this too loud but,… sometimes the game feels un nessicarily restricted in some key areas. Opening up my mind on forum threads like this really helps me stay playing world of warcraft.
