Now my pet control buttons are stuck in the middle of my 3 action bars I can’t control my Hunter pets now…Thanks a lot blizzard…and no I haven’t changed anything or added a new addon to my system…yesterday those buttons were on top of my action bars now they are bloody stuck in the middle of them…
Go to edit mode
Check off box that says “Pet Bar”
Move around pet bar where ever you want

Im confused. have you rearranged your UI to get stuff off of other stuff ?

No hadn’t move a bloody thing and this happens …and no new addons or updates either…the dang bar moved by itself…

I shouldn’t have to keep moving stuff that I didn’t move in the first place.

Fair enough, the update is going to mess up your bars and we just have to live with it. Unfortunately we all have to take our time to put everything back to the way we want it.
The OP failed to communicate in the original post. The issue is that it keeps moving on its own all the time. So it sounds like something is bugging it out.
yeah…it SHOULD have come with a clean set up by default. You can pick from the two basic set ups classic and modern in the edit panel.
But yes, they SHOULD have made it so the default UI was about the same as the old UI.
oh yeah that can happen. i had a lot of troubles getting my stealth button where i wanted it. kept teleporting when i exited edit mode. i think it doesnt like when a stance/pet bar overlaps normal bars or something.

Yeah, putting pet bars and other secondary bars by default under the action bars was not a particularly great decision. Fortunately, they do move.
