Rogue. Classic 1v1 king.

Boomie. Maybe Feral too.
Demo Warlock if it’s a duel not an arena (no/minimal LoS-ing)
Worst would probably be low mobile + low self sustain + ramp up so things like
Aff Lock

Warrior
Idk maybe Enh Shaman lol
Guardian Druid.
Your going to win… eventually. (but never as soon as you would like)
If you include Tanks and Healers than yeah, slap them all up top. 
Rogue and Ret Paladin are the worst.
The first keeps running away and the other won’t die.

Warrior is actually so awful in 1v1 if people don’t feed to your initial cds.
As for best I’m not sure, but probably resto, feral or rogue.

mages are gods in 1v1. lol
same skill level, gear, ect. Necro feral would absolutely trash anyone 1v1.
I figured with poly, frost nova, dragons breath and blink you had many oh crap buttons.
However I’m not a pvper
