What does "Need pull" mean?

I notice this being said a lot in the custom premade group thing if I’m looking for primalist storm groups. What do they mean?

i dont know but maby it means tank as in someone to pull the boss?

Probably someone who is effective at grabbing mobs, like a hunter, fast, misdirect, instant. In D3 it was common to have a pull monk whose job it was to gather large groups for glass canons to flow better.

A puller. So someone can go off to grab mobs to bring back to the pile.
