Theres no ++ its only + what ever number
Its the rating of how fast you beat it.
They call it double chest, triple chest, or just completed.
Not sure on actual times but I think beat with 5 min remaining is a ++
With over 10 min remaining is a +++
The time differs for each dungeon but you got the gist of it. It’s a percent of the par time. One plus means complete in time. Nothing means completed with overtime. 2+ and 3+ means way under time.

Same thing as people who put “big pumpers only” or “big d___ energy” in their title.
Its conveniently big red flags that i personally avoid.
