I was just minding my own business, fishing alone on a deserted island with absolutely nobody around, when I got a prompt on my screen.
It said that a random player that I physically could not see for miles around on the relatively flat island/lake area had invited me to “Join in Advanced Target Dummy.”
What.
Random guild invite… the person does not have to be anywhere near you to invite you to said guild. The courteous guild recruiters whisper you before sending an invite to see if you even want to join. If you want to auto block these you can do so in the setting menu… Interface options>Social>Block Guild Invites (check the box)
