It’s an RNG proc that makes you deal extra Frost damage with Runic Power abilities.

Cool, but what does it proc from???

Frost Strike? Death Coil? Death Strike? Glacial Advance? Breath of Sindragosa? All have 35% proc chance to deal 45% extra damage as Frost Damage over 4 seconds?

I don’t understand.

I believe he was trying to make sure. Sometimes, there are hidden exceptions to these kinds of abilities. Like Atonement Crits don’t proc Divine shield.

Exactly this. Now i am curious if it’s on a ppm.

It’s apparently just a flat 35% each time you use an ability, no PPM.

Thanks for the info.

Apparently it procs from artic assualt also. It seems suited for obliterate builds. :slight_smile:

And possibly shattering frost builds.
