The one that comes with the pre order.
If you are talking about the pre-order bonus it’s pretty straightforward.
You get a tmog set.
Then you get a quest for having it.
This quest is pretty short and extremely simple (do a few DR races).
You get a second set of the tmog that is the same model but has lightning effects.
Dynamic Flying is just the non-dragon themed name for Dragonriding, they are mechanically the same.

I believe you can use the mount that comes with pre-orders to do some special races that will add an extra sparky effect to the pre-order mog.
Dynamic is Dragonriding, just re-branded since it’ll work on more mounts than dragons.

Then you do a quest that gives it a better appearance.
