Like a really bad stomach ache? Like the flu? Headaches?
Is there anything in the WoW extended universe that describes the sensation of being afflicted by shadow dots/ curses?
I haven’t found any, but as it’s shadow magic I would imagine that it’s effects your soul/mind more than your body, like a weakening of one’s will, maybe even like a deep, self destructive depression, no hope, a feeling like what’s the point of fighting back? That would affect the body secondarily through physical weakness and maybe some of the common comorbid psychogenic symptoms like pain, headaches, nausea etc.
