I don’t, if I’m watching anything I start running into things and dying in-game. Just can’t split my attention that way. So my second monitor is generally chat, music, maybe a web browser window so I can wowhead without alt-tabbing.

Do encourage a multi monitor setup though, decent monitors can be had for cheap used. My second is a 2560x1440 ASUS I got off of Craigslist for $150 a few years ago and it’s more than good enough for secondary stuff.

I generally watch some silly game videos from youtubers I like, like CallMeKevin or Spiffing Brit, I also like to listen to Reddit stories like r/EntitledPeople, r/ProRevenge etc.
Car and gun videos are also on my list as well tech channels like LinusTechTips.

Sometimes I just pick a random movie on Prime or Netflix, but it’s mostly youtube.

Mostly YouTube with a bunch of random stuff.

If I’m doing non dungeons/raiding ill throw up HBO Max or Netflix

Sometimes I watch things like the office on Netflix or something funny on twitch
