What do you use for buffs and Debuffs on your friendly player?

Hello is there any simple addon that i can see buffs and debuffs on my friendly players Health bars? thanks for the answers!

Changing party frames to raid frames makes it easy to see debuffs.

HELLO, i mean when i use thread plate add on, i can see buffs and debuffs on my enemy health bar . I want to see buffs and debuffs on my friendly units health bar too. thanks for reply

I am not sure how to do that as I use the default nameplates. Hopefully someone can see your thread that can help you.
