Assuming they’re similar to the draenei and there was a time before they were corrupt what do you think they were like? Do you think we’ll ever get to see them? ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
I think about this for a lot of demons actually, I think it’d be kind’ve neat to see their pre-corruption forms.
Fel is pretty varying in it’s mutations based on the level of exposure though, so it’s hard to say if Sayaad always had hooves, horns and wings or if those are Fel mutations. (Although I’d wager the wings are probably a Fel-induced addition.)
I’d guess they either looked remarkably similar to Thalassian elves or a hybrid of Thalassian/Eredar.

In Golarian, what they used to call angels, demons, and the rest (Paizo now uses other words to scrape off their WOTC ties) are remade souls who now embody the virtue or vice they pursued most strongly in life.

There was actually a night elf who turned into a succubus.
Zero reason Succubi should look like humans lol.
