Given the Mag’har’s whole schism with the light, I’m not sure whether or not they’ll be possible — however I did suggest an alternative direction to embracing paladin / priesthood with the overall orcs through the elements → Light of the Elements and the birth of a new age
Personally I’m not too fussed on Ogres in the Horde, however I did make a thread suggesting Outland comes to Azeroth (https://us.forums.blizzard.com/en/wow/t/rebirth-of-draenor-outlands-journey-to-azeroth/2022747) 
If such happened, I could potentially see various Ogre clusters form together to make various factions; one of which is more noble & proud could join the Horde.
That being said, given how Ogres came through the dark portal and we saw in Exiles reach there was Ogre structures – I also wouldn’t be surprised if enough survivors of Highmaul and other grand Ogre settlements came through, travelled afar and settled their own new societies reborn.

They make sense. Did you not play through their story? And plenty of people expressed trepidation about letting them in. But with the alliance’s favourite elf champion and her holy husband advocating for them, and the king of stormwind also giving them the thumbs up, most people were willing to trust. Just not the nerds in the stormwind cathedral.
In a melting pot city like orgrimmar with a bunch of orc kids growing up around paladins and hearing tales of their deeds, wouldn’t a few of those orcs probably end up thinking, wow that’s awesome maybe they could teach me that power?
Leave orcs alone with a concept long enough and they’ll figure out how to bring axes into it, I see no reason why that wouldn’t apply to priests.
When Mirror Yrel invades with her lightbound army, I’m sure some of the paladin orcs will defect to our side and we’ll invite them, just like we did death knights and demon hunters and void elves.
