So, like, Vampire Kael’thas in Revendreth’s models show him with 3 blood red orbs floating around him. An obvious reference to the Verdant Spheres he carried with him when he was alive.
But, I’m going to assume your jewelry doesn’t travel with you to the afterlife. So what do you think these new spheres are? Are they some new artifacts he picked up in Revendreth? Or are the some kinda…ghost of his old spheres? Are jewelry ghosts a thing?

It’s probably kind of like the Matrix where you see yourself a certain way and he always had those, so in the Shadowlands he just imagined he had them again but with a Revendreth vibe.
Inclined to agree. People tend to make things familiar to them. That’s probably why the paladin Judgment ability causes the Light to manifest in a form they’re familiar with: warhammers.
