I honestly don’t know what will come after The World Soul Saga is concluded because where do you go after hitting all the major plot points of the past two decades?
Is WoW done after The Last Titan?
What are your thoughts on this?
No idea.
However, when the Dev’s announced this “Saga” they were very clear there will be something else on the horizon.
That’s all I’ve got to say on this topic.

Azeroth’s Butt!!
Well, I mean, the back side of Azeroth. The side opposite where Kalimdor, EK, Northrend, Pandaland and all the islands are. We already have it set up with the Arathi, Uld-places, and I think another location mentioned in Dragonflight.
Then there’s always the old reliable world update.
And for cosmo things, we still have potential antagonists among the Light and Life pantheons, plot hooks involving the Nathrezim, the “seventh comic force,” Firstliest Ones and probably more.
And that’s just the stuff we can pretty much expect. We could always go with something whackado like an alternate timeline past version of Azeroth or Draenor, or something similarly utterly unexpected.
And Sargeras is only locked up, not dead or even truly defeated by the heroes of Azeroth. And the highly speculative possible “true pantheon of Disorder.”
And all of this assumes that if Azeroth “hatches” or whatever, she isn’t the next decade of antagonism.
The ultimate truth is that if the developers want to get creative, they have plenty of room to be creative in. If they go for it.

I wonder if we could get another World Revamp following The Last Titan.
After all they have hinted at it with the Orc Heritage revealing that the forest of Thunder Ridge was being restored and the different updates with Exploring Azeroth.

Orbital Titan space facilities. Also quests on other worlds where we use the trope “place the flare” on the Old God so a Constellar will nuke them.
I want to know more about the First Ones.
we are definitely going across the sea to fight the “totally not invented as a stand-in for the Alliance” Empire over there and make Faerin the new Queen in the process.
as far as WoW concluding, it won’t. It will continue to be actively developed until it stops making money.

The two directions I can see happening:
- Finally seeing the other side of Azeroth where apparently the Arathi Empire resides
- Returning to the Cosmic Conflict and visiting the other Cosmic Realms
people say that the game story ended with Legion and crap.
As long as money flows, more xpacks will come out. Blizz won’t throw away a cash cow.
Peoples really dont listen when Metzen said that the game will last 20y more.
They also said it ended with Wrath of the Lich King…
People say a lot of things. Doesn’t always mean they’re right.

We’re 100% getting an Arathi expansion where the various human baddie groups and a couple of token alliance characters join and it’s effectively the third faction war expansion but not really.
