I miss when ret had consecration.
What about you?

I mean, consecration is a viable talent in some cases for PvE, can sim decent high as well for ST.
Pulling a quote from the paladin discord when asking about talents for M+ in the FAQ:
“Consecration can be good on small consistent pulls and Wake will be better on large pulls.”
I feel like consecration would be more viable if they would just reduce the cooldown on it or upped the amount of HP from it.
I miss that we could propel divine storm forward in Legion…
It wasn’t the best skill but it was darn useful in many PvP situations like catching rogues in stealth with it or just throwing it down when defending towers in AV.
I miss having non-garbage mobility.
Seals were interesting, gave us a fun gameplay choice, and gave the class flavor. In the same vein, I also miss when all Auras were baseline and we could toggle them on/off and switch between them at will.
I really wish they’d just make it like Prot and Holy’s consecrate (Ret’s is the only one that is different, for whatever reason), low cooldown, drop it whenever as a filler, like it used to be, and preferably baseline so we don’t have to choose between it and wake.
Divine Intervention.
Forever in my heart
Agreed, hell if they just reduced it down to 10 seconds, it would make the talent more desirable. It should be baseline, but I guess Rets and AOE don’t really mix unless you have the azerite traits.
I miss being a paladin, not a ret paladin, holy or port just being a paladin. I miss having everything baseline and talents just giving you a few extra abilities to add to the spec. When you saw a paladin you would look at their mana to see if they’re a healer. I miss seals and auras, they made the class feel more like a support class it was all about buffing and debuffing yourself, your allies and the enemies. I miss a time when being a paladin wasn’t just a warrior with yellow glowing buttons
I miss having Buffs to give out as Holy, or at least having the Blessings in Ret being a Group/Raid Wide buff instead of single target at a time.
Judge giving a small speed increase, I would use it to kite and flash of light.
Wear down the enemy and then pop wings once they used trinket and was sub 50%.
Instant repent was also nice vs a Mage.
Judgement with the speed boost was so nice.
Emancipate. I still sometimes hit the key bind I used for it when I’m snared.
Divine Intervention. Long Arm of the Law. Empowered Seals. Final Verdict (WoD iteration). Instant cast Repentance (baseline). Exorcism. Holy Wrath. Hammer of Wrath being baseline and actually hitting hard. Blessing of Salvation. Blessing of Sacrifice as Ret. Blessing of Might. Blessing of Kings giving 10% to primary stats.
… ability pruning sucks, man.
Hammer of Wrath being baseline.
Emancipate/long arm of the law. Hand of hindrance and pony can go.
I miss Daybreak, Maraads, glyph of holy light and anything else that provided interesting interactivity and depth to Holy.
Auras and Seals. I loved Seal Twisting in BC and I loved giving people extra armor/resistance/buffs just by being in the group.
It felt so unique, and powerful to the group, even though we actually had laughable damage back in those days.
