What do you lose if you swap covenant?

Do you get to lose mounts and Xmogs gained from that covenant?

You basically start from scratch beyond conduits, they stay.

Lose the mount, lose the transmog, lose the anima stored, lose the features, lose the progress within those features, lose the renown.

I heard you will have to start from Renown Level 1 once changing covenants.

If you are changing to a new one, yes. If you are returning to a previous one, all progress is saved from where you left off.

You will have to level mission table followers up too, so weeks and weeks of XP missions

Yes if you are starting on a new covenant, but of all the things that is prolly the easiest to catch back up on. It’s the anima unlocks that will be a pain.

You don’t lose anything, you just lose the ability to use any of your anima, transmogs, mounts, ect

Basically start fresh with new covenant at renown 0. If you go back everything there still

You lose renown and anything that comes with it. So, I would assume you would lose progress on your soulbinds and might possibly not be able to equip some gear, or you would lose gear upgrades until you got your renown back. (I haven’t tried it, that’s a guess) It takes 2 to 3 weeks to get the renown back, according to people I’ve talked to.

i don’t care much about anima, but it’s annoying that i would lose my champions from mission table upon swapping covenant, losing Tmogs,mounts is annoying too.

I don’t think you necessarily “lose” mounts and mogs. You will lose access to them but I think they’re still technically acquired in your collection still?

It’s like playing a new alt.
You get to keep the gnoll champion because he’s unafiliated to a covenant (but he’s mostly useless).

I made a bad mistake when choosing the covenant from the start. Instead of choosing for the game play, i chose necro for Tmogs. Most Priests are with Venthyr.

You lose all your anima you stored, all the mission table characters you leveld up outside of the non-covenant specific ones like meatball for example you get to keep him, you start at renown 1, and you cant use the transmog from covenant you left but you do get to keep the covenant gear you already had.
