Ghost Stories, Adult Novels, or any form of Fan Fictions I come across. Listening to stories while spending hours gathering 10,000 herbs take a less of a toll on one’s mental health.

Game Grumps on my other screen whenever doing any WoW grinding.
Whatever show/movie I have playing on the other screen. Just as long as I have noise.
I’ve got a bunch of playlists I listen through, although I’ve spent a good amount of time lately listening to the Cyberpunk soundtrack. Other than the last song, it’s all sans vocals, which is much more preferable to me these days.

Something vastly beyond my mental capability like an astrophysics or quantum mechanics podcast. I don’t want to listen to something I already know or that’s easy to grasp, I want something that will force me to pay attention so I can understand and distract myself from the fact that I’m grinding

I don’t listen to music when I play anymore. I have investigative discovery playing in the background lol except for Halloween time when I have the Dead Files playing in the background instead!
If I have to shut my brain off for a bit then Gorillaz tends to scratch that itch. Not feeling their latest album but The Now Now is great
