i am constantly in game but i also do other stuff in the background as well like i watch youtube vids related to WoW usually it’s lore stuff. often when i have to deal with unskippable parts in the game i alt tab out and come on here or i will check the news to see how many coronavirus cases we got today.

Usually have a browser open on the second display tabbed to forums/social/video sites.
Otherwise I listen to music from my iPod classic hooked up to portable speakers
I don’t do a lot of things in wow that let me afk or half focus, so generally if i want to watch a show i have to close wow to focus on it
Sometimes i get to afk in an AV tower for a game so short 20min episodes are do-able

Mmm mostly cleaning in between WoW activities I guess. When I’m waiting for queue or for more people or whatever, I’ll spot clean here and there.
I too have youtube open whenever I have WoW going, mainly because I turned all sounds off (I cannot STAND the sounds players/npcs make when they get hurt) and need something other than the in-game music going. Usually the videos I have going are goofy playthroughs of some of the games I like (iex; Darksouls) that are usually 2-3 hours per video, if not more.
Lately not much to do except preparing for 9.2. I’ve been just doing callings for gold after getting all my covenants renown to 80. Found an arena partner to do 2s with so discussing strats with her as I plan to venture back into other branches of the game outside mythic raiding.
I usually have some trance playing in Spotify too while in game. I try to find some songs that are perfect to put on my boss kill videos on my mage’s IG. 
I am always hard focused on WoW when it’s in front of me.
I don’t get as much game time as I used to so I make it count

Been watching my Fire Stick more often lately. Sometimes I’ll be logged in but looking over at my TV.
I have to turn it off when I raid though. That would end up badly >.<

I watch a lot of vtuber streamers on youtube, bonus points if you actually know what that is. But yeah if someone’s streaming I’ll likely keep them on in the background. Otherwise I’ll watch other videos, various things I’m subbed too and random anime/vtuber clips.
As many of you probably know, I spend an inordinate amount of time on the forums too. 
For reasons beyond even my understanding.
I’m not really a big tv person. I watch some shows, but most of the time it’s just muted and I don’t pay attention to it. Otherwise while in WoW I’m just playing WoW. Or afk and in here instead.
When I am questing, I am all in for the experience.
When I am farming places I have farmed before, I have WoW’s sound turned off and a show playing in a minimized window for me to listen to.
Right now I am alternating between ‘In The Dark’ and ‘CSI: Miami’.

This. Or ESO. Or some other game.
But! When i was still actively playing WoW, i’d either listen to music, podcasts, or movies for background noise.
I don’t like splitting my focus. If I have a show playing while I’m logged into a game, either I’m going afk in the game and watching the show, or I’m not even looking at the show at all (realistically I wouldn’t do this to begin with because I know one of the things is getting ignored).
Same applies to Twitch or YouTube. Music being an exception, since I don’t have to actively watch the screen to get the most out of it.
I should probably note that I really just don’t do things I don’t enjoy. So… if I’m ingame and not afk I’m probably Raiding or Running M+ (or actively trying to form/join a group to do so).
Point being I’m not mindlessly grinding faceroll world content or leveling content or anything. If I were into that, then maybe I’d be more open to multi-tasking in WoW.
yea kinda like that one girl. frick i forget her name already but i know of Ash and there is that other shark girl one and a few others i’ve seen. pretty cool. i don’t like to watch them though because once i see what they look like irl it just ruins the experience for me.
Recently I’ve been watching a lot of prepper videos on YT lol. I also do some of my “work at home” work.
I liked to run around and use the hug emote.
