IMO this has been the worst expac in the entire history of wow. Out of the very long list of things to complain about, I want to say for me, the worst part of this whole expansion is how grind heavy everything is. Hard to stay competitive in anything if you aren’t spending all day on one toon farming echoes for corruptions and resistances. What do you hate most about BFA?

Too many systems within systems within systems that make the entire thing un-fun. The final straw for me was visions - where you are quite literally grinding currency (coalescing visions) to allow you to grind another currency (corrupted mementos). It’s absurd.

If I had to pick only one thing, I don’t think anything can top the Corruption system in it’s entirety, vendor included.

definitely this for me. As soon as they added visions and basically made them necessary to progress, I was done with trying to go any further in BfA.

Blizzard definitely figured out that this is one thing that keeps some people playing. Ever since MoP, there has been an explosion of mounts each xpac.
I think they need to tone it down.

What I hate the most is that this is the height of the outrage crowd, where players and “content creators” aren’t interested in actually discussing the game. Many players and “content creators” do nothing but run Blizzard and the game down. The weird part about all of this is that these players and “content creators” refuse to go play the better games they keep talking about, they’d rather spend their time, energy, and money each month on a game that they claim is subpar.
I hope that this trend of hating everything ends soon, it’s doubtful but I’ll keep my hopes up.

My favorite is the person with 470+ ilevel, level 15 cloak, 80+ necklace, 15+ on all mythic dungeons, progressed through all four tiers of the current raids and has most if not all of the reps to exalted.
… but yet they “hate the game.” That person makes me scratch my head every time.

Lilian Voss going from a badass necromancer killer to a compliant Forsaken, actively and gleefully killing people for her mistress to raise and painting the entire alliance like the scarlet crusade after having personally worked with Tess Graymane and Mathias Shaw in Legion.
She went from what Forsaken should have been in the first place to deserving a fair trial and a clean death.

The story. Hands down. No questions.
Plot threads that entirely evaporate and are never resolved. Characters that are introduced and then entirely forgotten. A pacing that made absolutely no sense. Character motivations that were inconsistent at best, or just never explained.
And ultimately… the greatest let down in the history of the Warcraft story, the “climactic ending” to the war campaign. Biggest pile of garbage I’ve seen in a work of fiction (of any medium) in recent years. They tried to rehash MoP and it just face planted hard.
