I’m having a bad day

I play wow when I’m having a bad day usually, but I logged in and just kind of froze not knowing what I should do.

What do you guys do to cheer up when you’re feeling down?

well, OP, I like to make friends.

by zapping them until their flesh is a nicely seared at 240 degrees Fahrenheit.

and then i eat them. together forever :heart:

After 42 years of stress and trauma, I’ve learned to monitor my emotions. When I’m down, I give myself permission to be down. Once I let go of trying to change how I feel, I unpack it. Why am I down? And it’s usually some voice from my past that’s hanging around in my mind, like my mom.

Whatever it was, I tell myself that’s the past, and it has nothing to do with here and now. And I remember who I am, why I’m here, and I remind myself that this life is temporary. We all have an expiration date, so why not let go of all the emotional weight and just enjoy myself while I’m still here.

It helps to develop a meditation practice so you can more easily check in with yourself from time to time without mental/emotional distractions.

I also take a 10 mg THC gummy at night. Helps to unclutter my mind.

Depends. Sometimes I listen to sad songs. Once after watching a movie that had a tragic twist that completely ruined the movie I just shoveled sand in Minecraft.
