What do you get from pickpocketing

all in the title. whats do you get in bfa when you pickpocket? anything of real worth? always been curious

This expansion? Haven’t picked anything good. I might have gotten a lockbox once but it’s mostly some silver and a grey item.

They didn’t bring back the pickpocket currency this expansion, but in WoD and Legion we had a currency that we could turn in for a weekly for a tidy sum of gold.

Prior to WoD, you could pick Rogue only items, potions, lockboxes were more plentiful. And before Cata you could often pick poison vials.

There’s a toy, I think. One of the dice set. I’ve never hunted for it, the RNG is too crazy.

Used to be a modest way to make some gold.

Isn’t there a sort of hidden armor set only rogues can get with pickpocketing those air coins? I can’t remember if it was that or a quest on the class hall board.

You can buy pets, toys and defias-like masks with them.

ye ye ye. my troll rogue got a few of those so I might go farm suramar for coins someday

The artful dodge set. It’s not through the coins. We’d get random (like actual random) pieces as the reward from some table missions.

It’s not a full set. I think it was missing the belt?

As you can see, it would probably look garbage on a dwarf.

but that’s my cross to bear, I made this choice and I stand by it

edit: So I was mistaken. You bought some from the Order Hall vendor and some once a week from Marin. But THAT was super random.

In Cata you could pickpocket some of the junk boxes that had a chance for some Epic BOEs that were good money on the AH. But it was low.
