Was a Materiel Coordinator for the Army as a civilian.

Now I am a stay at home dad as my wife finishes her Masters. Once shes done its my turn so I’ll be headed back to college.

I used to work hard labor, and then I started working in the manufacturing end of the oil industry. Suffered recurring back ailments because I overdid it in my youth, and missed the day when new factory rules came down in a meeting.
I went back to work and did a process the way i was trained, and had always done it which turned out to now be a major breech of procedure. They asked me if I did it, and I said yeah completely unaware I was in trouble till i saw the foreman’s face.
After being reassured my job was safe, and it was an honest mistake i proceeded to work
