I say just let them have the high elves, and give us something of substance like ogres and vulpera.
Nobody plays Alliance seriously anymore anyway.
In theory I support as many AR and customisation options as possible. But after reading this thread and some of the other threads my inclination is 
just because of the attitude on some of the posters.

So I guess the Blizzard lore in the novel with Vereesa stating High elves in the Alliance doesn’t count, cause it works against you, yeah?
Or you know, the High elves in the game you pretend to play.
Had to come back. Please don’t even joke about fogsail humans in the Horde because they will DO that! Blizzard jumps at any opportunity to add more humans to the game. There are already humans in the Horde. They’re dead but still human. That’s more than enough. 
Lore never said that though.

I don’t have any evidence, nor do I pretend to. I just assume that Blizz is aware that giving the Alliance two separate playable blue-eyed high elf races would be pretty dumb.

Valeera has been a Loser McTrophywife since Wrath, same with the High Elves. They’re background decoration.
Umbric just got introduced this expac and he’s done more for the Alliance than the Silver Covenant has ever done. Also, the Velves are actually a part of the Alliance and not a sympathetic Dalaran faction.

See, they have this undisclosed island in space called Telogrus Rift. They are still actually Sin’dorei, and they only took up the study of the Void to protect the Sin’dorei and their people. But then suddenly they get transformed by a thing and then the Alliance show up and now they’re all friends. The Void Elves also suddenly hate the Sin’dorei and Horde now, even though they were only with them a few weeks ago.
Blizzard will do what Blizzard will do, which is make them money through content.
Which is what these are, request for content.
Your opinion is regardless of that fact, if you feel strongly about it, make a thread about how dumb the idea of High elves are, while we continue to ask on our threads.

To tell you the truth I see them adding more customizations to the current Ren’dorei model, especially with the way High Elf Wayfarer are showing up. Just my opinion though.
I mean, you can go play WC3 and the Burning Crusade and learn that the Elves didnt join back with the Alliance.
