What do they do for dragon form voices?

Does anyone speculate what type of filters they put on the “normal” visage form dragon voices to make them sound like they do in dragon form? I would love to emulate that effect 1:1 in Sony Vegas Pro 17.0, if anyone would happen to know what to do.

Reverberation>somethingsomething hall. I haven’t touched Sony Vegas over a decade, that’s the best I got.

They recorded real dragons and added a filter.

They used Funimation’s old studio equipment from the 90’s in a terrible room for sound.
