I know this might be hard for you to comprehend with that zugzug brain of yours, but humans enjoy different things.
Let them have fun playing their video game and you do the same.

Gear more characters.
Ok, but did you achieve the same thing ?
The nature of PVE/M+/Mythic raiding most players dont “get the best gear” till much later in an expansion, if ever. (RNG depending)
You can literally keep pushing keys all expansion to get better optimized gear or upgrades/warforges/sockets. Raid content having various difficulty levels also allows for you to keep getting better levels of gear, etc.
It’s not like pvp where you just go buy the “best” item(s) from a vendor and ( if blizz allows ) slowly upgrade it to max over the course of a season.
To answer your question though, once a person deems themselves to have the “best” gear from the content/levels they want to do and can do they most likely do other stuff such as: Make gold, professions, alts, gear other specs with “best” gear, play other games, PVP, finish world stuff, go back and finish older things, work on achievements, gear and play with friends…list goes on but it’s mostly just “playing the game”.
We do the same thing we did prior to not having the best gear. Run raids and dungeons.
Maybe I missed it. Is there a point to this thread? Other than mocking PVE players?
Youre obviously not a PvP player either, so what DO you do?
The only thing weaker than PvE in WoW is thinking PvP in wow is competitive. haha zing sucka.
If you have done enough instanced PvE you KNOW it is boring. You know you are engaging in repetitive behavior.
That’s why it’s a good idea to have a group of people you can do these with that you like interacting with. The point isn’t the actual content anymore. The content is just something you do while you hang out virtually with these people.
Imagine for a moment that you had IRL friends. It would be like hanging out in front of the Circle K doing the same old skate tricks or whatever. Repetitive? Yes. Pointless? Awesomely so! A reason to just be around people you like? Yup.
A majority of raiders PuG, not raid with a set guild.
we start drunk raiding with friends
Mocking PvP Players because PvE Esports outlasted Arena Esports.
One shudders to think about the condition of that sock.
Holy cope… ‘this bracket that iam stuck in is the real high level pvp’
“Now live for” lil man you never lived high level pvp you have more achievements in exploration and questing…probably why you atleast know how to spin a shadowlands level story.
PvP is the same thing over and over as well. It’s the same maps. The same classes. The same goal. Sure, you might win or lose, but you might pass a boss or wipe in PvE. In the end they are both the same thing over and over. PvP may not be scripted in the sense of the encounter, but it is in its goals. Capture a flag. Get the most points. Organize to win.
Yet still people fail it over and over.
PvP players get bored during maintenance so they bring PvP to the forums. 10/10
Oh, that.
Thought you were accusing me of thinking Gnomes were cute. Damn-near reported you for that.
PvP players don’t play the game they just wanted to fight in BGs and get gear. There are even threds about them thinking they shouldn’t have to level and do professions. They don’t really count.
What do PVE players do when they get the best gear?
LOL. They NEVER do, so you run on that treadmill for that gear. Every patch is the same old thing. Get that better gear.
I want the best gear because when I am in the open world and there is a rare elite, the gear I get in open world should be good enough for me to solo that rare.
Why should I do raids, dungeons or pvp so I can what I like, that is open world content?
This expansion is awesome. The open world drops allow me to do almost all the open world content. (barring some of the 72 rare elites which you have to have a raid group to defeat)
