What does my guild do with the loot they get during raids? For instance core leather and the BoEs

Toward the GM’s girlfriend’s mount fund what else kind citizen?

If you’re asking that question then the answer is usually the guild master or officer’s banks. A guild gathering those mats for the raid groups generally should know the inventory levels, status of crafted items and who needs what.
That’s one of the things i hate in classic, GM ninjaloot all trash drops and without a guild bank you can’t see how much money the guild has.

Mostly toward gearing your main tank so he can gquit and join a raiding guild that’s ever so slightly better than yours.

If your guild has a “guild” bank, but the inventory isn’t regularly updated on a public google docs, your guild is messing up.
We know exactly where the guild funds are being allocated, and where the crafting materials are going. Transparency is everything.

Depends on the guild.
My guild is saving all the gold to fund raiding once the real content is out BWL,AQ,naxx
Stuff like onyxia hide cloaks for the whole guild, flasks and other consumables when people don’t have them for whatever reason, enchants, crafted items…

This. There are even some addons that make tracking easier. Guilds that don’t do this get nothing from me.
In theory the cores and core leather will be used to craft the epic fire resist gear for members of the raid. Onyxia scales will eventually get every member of the raid an Onyxia Hide Cloak, etc.
Depends purely on how much transparancy the guild master/guild banker is willing to show.
This is what our raid matts have gone towards
-Scopes for our hunters.
-Core armor kits and Fire res for our tanks.
-Contributions towards the shamans boots.
-Enchants.
-Working towards our first sulfuras.
-Ony scale cloaks once the pattern opens up.
-Repping up one of the blacksmiths with thorium brotherhood for future and current patterns.

Good guilds use the money so the raid doesn’t burn their own gold on consumables, bad guilds pocket the money.

We created a google doc that shows what is currently in the GB

They sell it and use the gold for blackjack and hookers.
They don’t invite you because you’re not cool enough, nerd.

Guild bank for consumables later down the road. Core Hound leather is used in Fire Resist gear as well, so it tends to get dispatched to tanks.

It wouuld depened on your GM.
We currently use the items for reputation. We gave two people exalted at Thorium Brotherhood Rep. One being myself for Nightfall crafting in P3. We also give them to guildmates wishing to have things crafted.
The over excess of materials is however sold for guild bank funds. You would have to have a trust worthy guild master however.
I give out small loans to help people with big ticket crafting items, epic mount loans, socials sometimes depending in how long they have been around can get lvl40 mount loans.
Our guild is pretty tight knit but non of us are RL friends we made that community. Overall i use our funds to further our players and guild progression. Currently stocking up on guild materials for BWL. We have another 2k for our raiders now. Doing quote well.

Hoarding for any FR gear for our MTs, crafts for the healers, our first Sulfuras, and eventually our first Thunderfury.
We got an Eye last week, but no Bindings so far.
Ever guild I’ve been in that has done MC in both vanilla and classic has saved them in the guild bank.

I use a guild bank addon, basically lets me upload a characters bank and inventory for people see what is there. Very similar to a google doc. I think it is “Classic-guild-bank” or something like that.
