What did you expect?

It’s a launch day, so be patient. Why do you think I’m waiting? How many other players are going to try to get on later?

For them to have their servers ready for influx like professionals. Legion wasn’t this bad on launch. There’s no excuse after over ten years.

I think they still deserve the credit for even having the pack ready despite its bugs and issues during this quarantine/pandemic.

It important to remember that Blizzard understands our frustration, they just don’t care. Spending money on server resources that they won’t need in a month is no way to make shareholders happy.

Lets face it, the shareholders are who are the real heroes.

Patience isn’t something people are known for.
But I’ll be waiting, patiently. I never play on launch day.

It’s a billion dollar company with the numbers of copy sold. I don’t know, just buy better gear. Is it too much to ask?

Maybe less money incentives for shareholders and more invested into the systems we expect the game to run on… I would expect that of a 16 year old game.

Pretty sure they’re still operating on the same server technology from 2004.

Honestly? They expect to be able to play flawlessly with no issues whatsoever. They also expect blizzard to send them a free pizza on top of it so they don’t have to go get food.

I’m not saying these are realistic Expectations by any means I am just answering your question

Same dude.

But is it really ready if we can’t see it or use it?

That after 16 years they could get it right, just once.

Dude with the amount of people at home at the moment and working from home there is no getting it right. There’s basically no way to meet the demand. Right now there is an unrealistic thirst out there that can never be satisfied

This is also why new processors and graphics cards can’t be kept in stock

Theres always some excuse.

Tech is on a bit of a pause.

There’s a difference between an excuse and a reason.

But yes there is always a reason for bad stuff to happen and probably an excuse for it on top of that

I was able to log in, accept the breadcrumb quest, and dive in. I’ve gotten up to the point where I regroup with Mograine. The sound was a bit funky, and it’s a bit laggy. I said earlier that I’d call this a win, so I’m gonna go do something else for a while.
