warlock is junk now i came back after not playing lock since tbc and they suck now i feel wek as sh#t compared to other peole leveling up im lvl 77 with a 141 ilvl full mainly tbc bis they ruined lock give me back my tbc warlock blizz not this crap version

Okay so you’re level 77 with gutted secondary stats because you’re leveling and you’re complaining about Warlock damage?
Demo is third, Destro is 6th… Warlock is fine.
Get to 85, get actual gear that won’t be replaced anytime soon and then form another opinion.

sure but its not the destro i enjoy that version doesnt exioest anymore affl is fun but stuff dies to fast to do anything by the time i dot everything its all dead
Here is your problem. Not only are you not cap lvl with the stats + talents, but you are in the mid-high WotLK lvl range with TBC gear still. Have you been rolling on gear in dungeons? Have you been selecting caster gear from quest rewards?
ive only done instances so the gear i get is sparse but i do roll on what i see but tbf the tbs gear isnt awful esp if you have set bonuses i remember being lvl 65-68 in tbc and still having on lvll 60 naxx stuff on my warrior
The differences between Vanilla and TBC vs TBC of WotLK are WILD. You need WotLK gear to do good dmg in WotLK content. The set bonuses aren’t that important when compared to the stats of the WotLK gear. Same thing when you get to Cata content, you gotta get Cata gear. Warlock is really good in this expac, you just gotta lvl and get the proper gear (this coming from a warlock).

Agreed. Warlock is fantastic in Cata but it requires gear and a learning curve.
Leveling as Affliction is rough. I had those same thoughts as I leveled up. You really see Affliction shine in raid a end game dungeons. Maybe try running Demonology as you level so you learn the meta spec (which is what I can assume you want as it pumps the hardest) and you will feel better.
Don’t whine, don’t complain, learn your class and you will do well.
Always remember: The player > the class/spec.

You’re also in a level range where you can be grouped with people wearing cataclysm greens. I upgraded my hunter at 78 and the other dps barely had anything to do. But if you want to see your damage hit the mobs, affliction won’t do well until the cata dungeons because the hp in wotlk dungeons is too low to survive all the burst specs, and even then, it still has some ramp up time. Try demonology or destruction, then if you like aff better, switch at 85.
You will, at the very least, start noticing affliction do more damage in the cata dungeons though. They are actually scaled appropriately for player power at 80. That said, do what others have suggested and start getting better gear, because you’re going to hit an ilvl barrier anyway.

btw at level 77 you can buy Cata green BoEs off the AH, which run from ilvl 272-295. They cost nothing now, and your damage will be more than quadrupled.
specifically aim for a weapon, as these have the bulk of your spellpower on them. You can get easily gain 1000 more spellpower just from using a green cata wep over whatever TBC wep you’re using.
