Help me someone please.
I got two fractured sparks week-1, so i had one whole spark week 1.
Week-2, last week… despite doing the weekly quest outside the inn and opening multiple epic caches… i never received my third fractured spark… everyone is supposed to get their 4th fractured spark this week (2nd whole spark), but i got nothing last week despite everything i did.
Does anyone have a clue why im behind on fractured sparks? Can i catch up last weeks and still get this week’s?

i dont think you can fall behind so you should get the spark you are missing from a boss drop or chest hopefully
Generally we get half a spark per week when caught up. The first week gave a bonus.
If you fall behind and the catchup mechanism is in place, you will get the half spark drops randomly until you catch up.
Did you do your weekly quest? Not the dungeon one, but the other (100 Titan discs or something)? That is the one the fractured spark came from.

i didnt get mine either til i completed the titan disc collections. got it from that cache
I didn’t notice that quest until late last night as it was locked away behind the lvl 80 campaign which i guess i also missed till Monday night.
If the titan disc quest is a “weekly” it wasn’t as obvious to me as the others were, as it was literally locked behind the campaign.
I never knew the sparks were directly linked to one specific source, i always thought they dropped from caches, which i did and received none.
At the end of the day, i guess its on me for not noticing the campaign until Monday night.
On the Titan quest, where do the discs drop from? Anything specific, or just randomly? Now i need to make sure i focus only on that quest before doing any other content or risk not having a cache to get my 4th spark from, cuz apparently they won’t give you a spark unless you do the titan disc quest.
What’s the fastest way to complete the Titan Disc quest?
max right now is 1.5 sparks. after reset today you will get 1 more .5 spark for a total of 2 sparks.
15 per boss in heroic (maybe other difficulties as well) or ~30 from a delve. Rares as well but dungeons or delves will be fastest
Just farm the hallowfall rare bonanza area and you should be fine

The Titan discs would drop from rates and chests (like 10 each). You could also do dungeons and 15 would drop from each boss. I don’t know what the weekly will be this week, as we first had a choice of 4 to choose from (a dungeon, 6 WQ, and 2 others I forget). This last week was the 100 Titan discs. I guess we will have to see what this week is!
But you should be able to get last week’s fractured spark from LFR or a M0 (and possibly other activities) as a catch-up mechanic.

You can probably get caught up in 1 to 3 BGs or 1 to 3 Mythic dungeons, no worries. Maybe eve heroic dungeon /shrug
That’s how it worked last xpac anyway. Someone correct me if I’m wrong.
Ya see, that’s where i got lost… i completed the leveling campaign, got to 80… did the week 1 table… when week 2 hit, i saw nothing at the table… i did the dungeon weekly… i did all the zone quest caches… and got nothing… i never saw or was offered the titan disc “weekly” all week… i was completely unaware about it.
I got a 2nd toon to 80 on Monday and was pointed directly to the level 80 campaign on my alt in a location my main never noticed… i then took my main over there late last night and unlocked the titan disc “weekly” just before i went to bed.
Once again i take responsibility for not doing it sooner, but i honestly never noticed it till my last night before reset. For a spark-required weekly it did a good job hiding from me.
I didn’t get mine either.
Add another thing missing in this game.
The guild banks, the warbound banks, the AH items.
Now the fractured sparks.
Bliz, please, never ever release a game in August again!
Did you miss the “100 Titan Discs Weekly”? That’s my issue apparently.
That “weekly” for your third 1/2 spark is locked behind the level 80 campaign… if you haven’t pushed the level 80 campaign that “weekly” quest stays hidden and not offered to you. Apparently it’s REQUIRED or you’ll never get another spark! 
Yeah, I’m just reading through the rest of this thread. Like the OP, I didn’t realize I HAD to do that poopy campaign quest line. UGH!
Knowing how Blizzard is, like me, you’re a tad behind… id recommend focusing on that Titan quest completion before you touch or open any other cache this week.
I have a feeling if you do caches first, you’ll still get nothing until you do the Titan quest… do that… THEN do other caches to get the 4th 1/2 spark… thats how i will roll… not taking chances exhausting my caches before I get the Titan quest completed.
