Does the bonus fire damage I get from charred passions that enhances Blackout Kick and Spinning Crane Kick count as magic damage? Does the Chi Wave/Chi Burst, Eye of the Tiger, and Crackling Jade Lightning count as magic damage? Does the shadow damage from Bonedust blew count as magic damage?

Yeah.
Magic damage means essentially anything that isn’t listed as ‘physical’
So nature, frost, fire, anything elemental will be considered magic damage.
Most classes don’t deal raw physical damage for most of their kit outside of warriors and hunters these days, and even hunters have some magical damage thrown in between small stuff like serpent sting and arcane shot, for example.
So yes, in short, you do deal magic damage on the skills that are listed specifically as non-physical, like CJL, Xuen lightning, and BDB. There are probably more skills that fit the bill too, so it’s not limited to that.
