Besides the obvious RMX answer, what are some other comps that are seemingly almost ALWAYS A tier or higher?

Best comp always rmp. Best comp with ease of effort def jungle.
Pretty much any hunter priest x team has been viable since beginning of wow too freezing trap fear is some of the best instant cc in game.
MLX has been pretty A tier in some form on another no?

First feral is the hardest spec to play in the game and now people saying jungle is easy

both can be somewhat true at the same time
having a high skill ceiling doesn’t mean it also has a high skillfloor

Feral has gotten much easier over time and much more forgiving.
Yes BM jungle is pretty easy. RMP is better in the hands of better players.
That being said BM jungle is much easier then RMP and does much more constant damage/pressure and will run over alot of comps, including lesser experienced rmps.
I think the past last season and this one with sickle of the lion from feral 4 set is a large part of its success though. Sickle of the lion dot, flayed shot kill shot spam and mcstompy the devilsaur chewing on you is tough to heal through and does enormous dmg.
I say its ezier then rmp bc if rmp scuffs a go you can usually live. Jungle can kill you with raw dmg alone even on a messed up trap
Feral is not hard to play at all specially low switching forms is not nearly as hard as people make it
what about survival jungle tho? 
Feral even in its’s simplest design is still much more demanding than most specs in the game.

Feral itself isn’t complex, it’s what you have to do with your team that makes it one of the harder specs to play.

FMP and RPS are 2 very underrated comps that pretty much never have had a bad season in Recent memory
Comps that have stun/casted cc setups, e.g. RLX, RPX. Are always good, maybe not always top tier, but good.
anything that involves a rogue and a mage
Jungle only other super consistent comp since Cata
Has its bad seasons here and there but same goes for plenty of other comps and others that aren’t RMP are nowhere near as consistent overall
