No, the blues on the CS forums have already said it will be rolled into the base game, just not sure as of the time. But the past 3 expansions, it was when the pre-patch went live.
Link please? That’s a serious statement that has purchasing impacts. E.g. the sort of statement that if made could get someone fired due to SEC issues.
Lmao wait what? How could the SEC be involved? It was my understanding that they always rolled the past expac into the sub for free with their new policy, but I wasn’t sure.
So the issue is with any publicly held company if the company fails to clearly articulate pricing and business plans to their investors first then it violates an SEC reporting requirement. As someone that works for a publicly traded company it gets drilled into you very very hard to never discuss pricing publicly without getting clearance from legal first.
Thank you, that’s all I was looking for.
Yup, that clears it up, hopefully it will be rolled in with pre-patch. Meaning you just need to pay $55 (plus tax).
Actually, no they don’t need to wait, but it depends on how they want to play.
If they buy “everything before BFA”, then they can level up and play the game through Legion. Odds are, if they’re not doing 8 hours a day, it’s going to take them some time to get through all that.
Odd are by the time they’re finished, SL will launch and BFA gets rolled in to their kit automatically.
Now, if they plan on playing in SL, they should just pre-order SL and get everything vs paying for SL later on top of the earlier editions.
correct.
not sure why this thread ended up with so much bad info ![]()
It’s all good, they’re probs just as confused as I was!
