What class+spec do you think you will main in SL given the limited data from pre patch and why? just curious to see everyone’s thoughts

So far, affliction lock. Maybe destro.
If not lock maybe paladin or hunter.

Well I hated the way locks played most of BFA but SL looks like it’s going to be better. I mained a lock for YEARS and I look forward to coming back to mine.

My plan is to play a bunch of alts once the pre-patch drops and see which one I like the most and go with that.

I really would like to main priest for pvp but i really am struggling with the class rework from leigon or whenever it was reworked to focus more on DPS to heal
Keep the double jumps.
I have no guild so i don’t have to worry about the meta.
I’ll join Night Fae because one back transmog… that kind of player i am.

I haven’t decided on a class yet but I will likely prepare 4 of the same class in anticipation of the anti-ripcord view of Blizzard’s developers.
Disc priest. I like healing a lot, and I haven’t maimed a priest since WotLK so I’m looking forward to it.

NE Druid for me as of now. I’m still debating making my DiD Shaman my main alt, but don’t know yet.
Spriest with holy offspec for me!
Sub rogue might be a good option too. looks like they are monsters right now.

I’ll be going the triple threat conduit and the one for more mastery in blade flurry, as well as the longer range on grapple hook and heal on slice and dice
Haven’t decided on an soul bind yet
I’ll be grabbing the bandits guile legendary
For my death knight he will be going unholy
He will be venthyr and will be using the conduit to get harder hitting death coils and I’ll be picking up the legendary that boosts my damage with my ghoul
I’m going to stack mastery too so I can do some explosive coils for once

my options are dh hunter and mage. id try paladin but with the xpac looking real unfrinedly to melee ill only do dh for its mobility
Frost Mage. Same main through most of Legion and the entirety of BFA. But the thing that really convinced me to main it again was the fact that the ice lance build is the go-to. Glacial Spike is nice and all, but it’ll be great to finally cast Ice lance again.

I pretty much always go prot warrior / fury warrior. It’ll be some kind of warrior.
Likely Resto Shaman or Resto Druid.
Building this priest to main. I jumped servers in order to enjoy the company of other players more interested in lore. So I’m going to main this disc priest. I might have a tank alt or a hunter. Haven’t decided yet.
