I made a NE priest for the same reason but they’ve yet to let me use a bow.

Didn’t feed off of it. Fed off of mana wyrms. Belves were exposed to fel crystals powering Silvermoon.
Kael was a different thing and left for Outland with other Belves that did feed off of fel and became the Felblood.
It wasn’t the fel that divided us from Kael. It was him teaming up with the Legion who helped corrupt the well.

The most popular of classes.
In terms of lore it would be the hunter because that is what Sylvanas the Ranger General was. And yeah I know the High Elves were not calling themselves Blood Elves at that point but changing your name doesn’t change your race.
From a playing point of view I like the Hunter and Warlock because they have pets and pet like things respectively to tank for them.
