I’d say monk ideology and ret pally’s fighting methods fit jedi.
Totally relevant. The question was “What class would you day is the Jedi of WoW?” I answered none, and gave a reason why I’m glad there isn’t one.
Monks? This isn’t asking what David Caradine’s favorite class in WoW would be.
Paladins? Seriously?
Jedi were so stupendously OP compared to other normal fighting men that there is literally no comparison between any class in WoW and the power of a Jedi. Jedis and their Sith counterparts wielded magic (in the form of the Force) in a universe no one else could. WoW is a universe where magic use is ubiquitous. If that doesn’t make sense to you I don’t know what to tell you.
So again; no class WoW is emblematic of Jedis - and I’m happy about it.
You are looking at the completely wrong aspects of the Jedi. We are looking at thematic similarities, not the power level.
The Light and Chi are both very similar to the Force.
SWG went down because of the overall to the entire game, not just the Jedi. Again, this has nothing to do with the topic or WoW in general. Don’t let your anger towards past games and events affect this topic, please.
Last time I looked Jedi wore robes similar to cloth so plate armor classes are out of the question. Leather is the closest melee class and monks can mog 1 hand sword with handwraps. Jedis can’t stealth, but they levitate! Monks and Jedi spout words of wisdom and chi can be considered wows version of the force. Monk wins.
Depends, though probably monk.
Though I think you could make a good case that rogue/survival hunter could make a mean Jedi Sentinel.
Paladins have robe sets, and access to a blue 2h light saber.
Also, purely from a looks point of view, a rogue wearing Dark Arctic Armor and a Gravethorn Hood would look the part dual wielding Spellfire Longswords with coldfire enchantment.
Which ever class is the most ruined, just like the entire Star Wars franchise.
SWTOR Jedi were basically reflavored WoW Warriors, so Warrior.
Your thread topix is weird.
You are weird.
So youre saying that the only way to be considered “evil” is to be dead?
Therefore, as a paladin I could purge Stratholme and do no wrong?
Arthas did nothing wrong.
We both weird.
Mages and their mana sabers
Panda Monks. They even have that balance to the Force thing going on with being the only race able to choose either faction.
Literally none of us. We are all mass murders who kill hundreds of people or other life forms daily for a handful of gold.
Fair enough. raises glass
