Wondering what class people are planning to main ( doesn’t matter if you eventually die and swap to something different or not ) just like your initial main that you hopefully hit 60 with first and all that.
Me idk. played around with HC for about a month now tried almost every class to a meh extent with 0 knowledge of classic era outside of what i played, no beastiary addon so if i die to mob mechanics i die.
for me my top picks probably have to be Mage - cause i like the class fantasy always my #1 pick for any mmorpg and has been my long time main in retail for about 6-7 years straight. otherwise Hunter/Lock because i enjoy pet classes but tend to stray away from them as mains because usually they are the most played classes in any mmorpg so i never main them. really don’t care if a class is considered “harder or easier” that isn’t my HC goals or why i play HC.
Might try something different this go around and go hunter or lock just not entirely sure yet.
As the son of durotan and thralls right hand man and taker of skulls I will be running it up on the ele making people delete in durotar at 60 like odin willed it

yea i might try shaman idk if im gonna go horde or not. main horde in retail for years only really playing Alli in HC idk why guess something different. hopefully my guild makes a horde guild again. been liking the druid too but hate doing teldrassil the walk between quests in that area is too much
Horde shaman 60 was aids in bloodsail. It shouldn’t be so annoying on official bc u can run brd more than once before 60. My 2 cents. It isn’t hard, it’s just annoying with bad gear
idk i haven’t played shaman or classic in general this would be my first real time i guess playing if i ever get to 60. i do enjoy shamans in retail though. plus i like the whole class quest stuff feels like shamans, locks, and Druids have better class quest compared to others and maybe paladins but i haven’t leveled a paladin yet. not like say mages our quest you grab a item and thats about it not too much context or reasoning tbh. hunter one kinda similar just tame different pets. feels like there is no meaning behind it just kinda cookie crumb type of bs.
‘Lazarak’ just doesn’t have the proper energy for this project like ‘Eargodx’.
On topic: I am still mulling whether I will make a run. But since it looks like it might be the blue team, maybe paladin. For once it might hold interest.
My top three picks are probably priest, paladin or warrior. I think it’ll mostly depend on my mood when the HC servers launch.
I’m thinking Druid Tel to SW run will be like survival of the fittest
None, don’t think hc will be more than a fun leveling thing. I would need a server evolving into tbc plus or vanilla plus server. Though the pvp rank reset does give some hope it is 1/3 of what plus might need to be plus.
Something i havent leveled in classic before
I think tanks (and to lesser extent healers) will be hard to come by, so probably Warrior/Druid/Paladin.

Main in HC? Probably play a hybrid character.
I’m trying to decide between healer ( priest/druid) or pet class warlock. Hmm idk yet 
It’s between Shaman Rogue and Hunter.
Human Paladin or Tauren HUnter … maybe both. I like to level two at a time, It is better use of rested bonus, and you do not have that “Oh no! Starting over” feeling when you die - which I fully expect to

shouldn’t be too hard at launch imo so many people would be running it unlike in current HC where it’s kinda dead everytime i do it.
Tauren Druid cuz I want to run horde for HC and, no matter which class I’m infatuated with around launch, I always seem end up maining druid.
Movement speed and snare breaks do feel like a bit of a crutch for HC.
What I always play, Paladin
Although despite the restrictions, I might play Prot for dungeon tanking and some AoE grinding out in the world
